1. Introduction

Welcome to Al Ghazal Feedmill ("Al Ghazal", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Al Ghazal website, online marketplace, mobile applications, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform allows users to browse and purchase animal feed and related products, including poultry, cattle, fish, and pet feed. Users may also create accounts, manage carts and orders, select delivery locations, and access other services made available through the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, packaging, and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate.

• Prices may change from time to time.
• Product specifications may be updated by manufacturers or suppliers.
• We do not guarantee that every product will always be available.

Users should review product information before placing an order.

5. Orders

When you place an order through the Platform, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by Al Ghazal or the applicable vendor.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order where:

• The product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
• Delivery to the selected location is unavailable.
• We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
• The order violates applicable laws or these Terms.
• Other circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our applicable refund policy and payment-provider procedures.

6. Prices and Payments

Product prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change.

The final amount payable may include:

• Product price;
• Delivery charges;
• Applicable taxes;
• Service charges; and/or
• Other charges disclosed during checkout.

You agree to provide valid payment information when required.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services.

7. Delivery

We provide delivery services to locations supported by the Platform.

Delivery availability, fees, estimated delivery times, and service areas may vary depending on the selected location, vendor, product availability, weather, traffic, operational conditions, and other circumstances.

Any delivery time displayed on the Platform is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery deadline unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable product and order conditions displayed on the Platform.

Because animal feed and related products may be sensitive to storage, handling, contamination, expiry, or packaging conditions, certain products may not be eligible for return after delivery.

Customers should inspect products upon delivery and report damaged, incorrect, expired, or defective products as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a refund is approved, the refund may be made through the original payment method or another method determined by Al Ghazal.

9. Vendor Products and Third-Party Sellers

Where the Platform allows third-party vendors or sellers to list products, such vendors may be responsible for certain aspects of product supply, pricing, inventory, packaging, and fulfillment.

Vendor registration or participation does not mean that Al Ghazal guarantees every representation made by a vendor.

We may review, restrict, suspend, or remove vendor accounts or listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or another user's account.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy Platform content without authorization.
• Conduct fraudulent transactions.
• Abuse promotional offers or referral programs.
• Resell products in violation of applicable restrictions.
• Use the Platform in a way that may damage Al Ghazal, its vendors, customers, or service providers.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, graphics, software, content, and other materials available through the Platform are owned by or licensed to Al Ghazal or their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written authorization.

12. Promotions and Offers

Al Ghazal may provide promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or other campaigns.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, validity periods, usage limits, and product restrictions.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions where permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, payment providers, delivery providers, social media platforms, or other external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.

• Products will always be available.
• Delivery will always occur within an estimated timeframe.
• The Platform will be completely free from technical issues or security risks.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Ghazal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al Ghazal, its owners, employees, affiliates, vendors, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your misuse of the Platform;
• Your violation of applicable law; or
• Your infringement of another person's rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created a security or legal risk.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
